1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any services offered by NorthBet Canada Ltd. ("NorthBet"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NorthBet.
2. Eligibility
You may only use NorthBet if you: (a) are at least 19 years of age; (b) are physically located within the Province of Alberta, Canada at the time of play; (c) are not self-excluded from gambling; (d) are not an employee or relative of NorthBet or its affiliates; and (e) are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. NorthBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in accordance with KYC obligations. One account per person is permitted.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Minimum deposit: $10. Minimum withdrawal: $20. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to the original payment method. NorthBet reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
5. Betting Rules
All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed on the platform. NorthBet reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or suspected fraud. Payout limits apply and are displayed per market.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements displayed at the time of the offer. NorthBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software or bots; collusion or match-fixing; money laundering; creating multiple accounts; exploiting software errors; and any activity intended to defraud NorthBet or other players. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
8. Responsible Gambling

9. Limitation of Liability
NorthBet's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. NorthBet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
11. Changes to Terms
NorthBet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
